ISB STATUS = FUTURE. The UK LOM Core is an application profile of the IEEE LOM that is optimised for use by educational communities within the UK. (from: JISC Standards Catalogue). Application Profiles used by the Jorum, the HE Academy, the JISC X4L programme, ReLOAD and other JISC-funded projects that handle LOM metadata are based on UK LOM Core.
Standards development and/or approval of this standard has not been prioritised as part of the 2009-10 Delivery Plan
