Standards Profile

ISB STATUS =  FUTURE.   Open Document Format (ODF) is an OASIS/ISO-standardised, vendor neutral file format that enables cross-platform collaboration between people and many different types of applications - from Office suites to server software. Version 1 is an ISO standard (ISO/IEC 26300:2006 Open Document Format for Office Applications (Open Document) v1.0), version 1.1 is an OASIS standard with some accessibility enhancements. Version 1.2 is under development.

Standards development and/or approval of this standard has not been priotised as part of the 2009-10 Delivery Plan
